Application Opens
June 09, 2025
The official kickoff! Students from the six participating universities can begin registering individually or as a team. Don't worry if you don't have a team yet — you'll have the chance to form one after registration.
Team Formation & Pitch Deck Preparation
June 06 - July 16, 2025
Connect with fellow innovators, brainstorm problem areas, and prepare your pitch deck. Workshops and info sessions will be held across campuses and online to guide teams on what makes a standout submission.
Submission Deadline
July 16, 2025
All teams must submit their pitch decks and concepts by this date. Submissions are reviewed to ensure eligibility and alignment with hackathon themes.
Screening & Pitching Phase
July 16 - July 24, 2025
Submissions are screened based on clarity, innovation, feasibility, and thematic relevance. Selected teams will pitch online to a panel of expert judges.
MVP Bootcamp & Virtual Mentorship
August 16 - September 4, 2025
Finalist teams undergo a 2-week bootcamp. Sessions cover business model development, MVP polishing, pitching skills, and go-to-market strategy. Each team is assigned dedicated mentors.
Demo Day & Winners Announcement
September 5, 2025 (Genesys Ignite Conference)
It all leads to this! Finalist teams pitch their MVPs at the state-wide grand finale. A panel of investors, founders, and industry leaders selects winners. Media coverage, trophies, and seed funding await the top teams.
